Covid-secure Policy Changes from January 27th

Following the latest announcement from the Government please be advised that we will be making some small changes to our operating procedures from January 27th. The safety of our staff and customers is our main priority and we’d like to thank you all for your support, understanding and cooperation throughout this difficult time.

Here's what we're doing....

Face Coverings

Face Coverings are no longer mandatory but we do recommend that you continue to wear them where possible in enclosed indoor areas.

Covid-Secure Policy from Thursday January 27th

  •
Allocated seating and in-auditorium physical distancing
In line with wider Government guidance, social distancing within the auditorium is no longer required, and has not been for some time. WTW & Scott Cinemas have kept this policy in place longer than the majority of other cinema exhibitors in the UK and we feel that now is the right time to alter this approach. There are no limits on the size of a booking.

  •
    E-ticketing for advance booking
E-ticketing is available, so you can enter an auditorium by using your booking confirmation and a member of staff will scan your code to validate your booking and confirm your seating location

  •
    Cleaning
There will be staggered showtimes and more cleaning time at the end of each screening with an enhanced cleaning regime in place.

  •
    Hand Sanitising
Hand sanitiser stations are available throughout the cinema. Please make use of them.

  •
    Counter Screens
As we attempt to transition.back to more normal operaions, we will be steadily removing our counter screens from late January.

  • Payments
In the cinema please try and pay by contactless payment where possible. We accept major Credit & Debit cards as well as Apple Pay & Google Pay. We do still accept cash.

  •
    Leaving the Cinema
You may be asked to leave via an alternative exit as directed by a member of staff.

  •
    Distancing around the Cinema
Please take care when walking around the cinema – space in toilets and some corridors can be limited, please try to respect the distance of other customers.
