You can call each cinema during opening hours using the numbers listed below. Not all of our cinemas are open all day, every day, and therefore no members of staff will be available to take phone calls until they open. Please note that staff cannot take advance bookings on these telephone numbers (except CEA Card bookings), and any requests for ticket booking will be passed back to this website.

Approximate cinema opening times follow. Cinemas open daily, 15 minutes before the first advertised film of the day, so please do cross reference with the performance schedule. Cinemas opening times will often differ from those stated here depending on their film performance schedule.

If you are contacting with a business-to-business enquiry, such as retail purchasing, please contact one of the offices listed above. Individual cinemas are not permitted to make Group purchasing decisions.

Ring-fenced funds: When your bank authorises payment, they 'ring-fence' the money and expect that we will then process the payment and thus claim the money from them. If there has been a problem during the booking, for example a communications error with the cinema server or your bank declines payment, we cannot always proceed with the booking, and it may fail. In this instance, the ring-fenced funds will be released back to your bank account automatically, but, different banks have different timescales for processing these released funds and your bank will be able to give you more information. We only claim the ring-fenced fund if your receive a successful Booking Confirmation email from us with a valid booking collection code.
